Couch Riser Ø79 mm – +50 mm Ground Clearance (Robot Vacuum Edition) 50 mm clearance for your vacuum buddy… Perfect if you're missing 2–5 cm of ground clearance   Our robot vacuum had a clear statement: "Under the couch? Nope." 😄 So I built a simple, stable riser for round couch legs. The original foot is inserted into the hollow area – this ensures it sits neatly centered and the couch gets +50 mm more clearance below. With the first prototype, the transition at the hollow part tore – therefore, the outer wall here is intentionally designed a bit stronger so that the wall + infill work together well in the critical area   Features +50 mm additional height (more ground clearance for robot vacuums) Original foot is inserted (no fiddling) Stable construction (10 pieces in use for me) Printed & tested in everyday use (mostly PETG for me) Quick Specs: Ø79–80 mm • +50 mm height • 95 mm total • PETG   Dimensions (Riser) Total Height: 95 mm Solid Part: 50 mm Hollow Part: 45 mm Inner Diameter Hollow Part: 80 mm (fits foot Ø79 mm) Outer Diameter: 90 mm   Fitment Notes Designed for round feet around Ø79–80 mm If your foot is slightly tighter/looser: consider XY scaling in the slicer   Are you satisfied with the riser? If you leave a Like, Comment, or even a Make, I would be absolutely thrilled 🙂   Print Settings 0.2 mm layer height 3 walls 20 % infill (cubic) Enable brim if you have adhesion issues No supports needed   Material Recommendation PETG (my standard for this) ASA/ABS also work, of course. PLA can work, but under continuous load/temperature, depending on the couch/environment, it's not always my first pick
