This is a parametric drill stop that has room for the countersink part of the bit. It prints without support (may need brim to correctly stick to the bed). The bit holder holds to the bit with a screw (here a M2, but would be better to use a thumb screw) and has a tight fit to the bearing which has a tight fit to the main body. The main body is the actual stop but won't rotate with the bit thanks to the bearing, thus not marking the wood when hiting it.The provided 3d model are made for a 608ZZ bearing and a 4.2mm bit shaft. The source are provided for OpenSCAD and can be parametrized to adapt for:Bearing size and bit diameter,Dimensions of the stop,Dimensions of the holder and the holding screw, andClearances. It's not perfect, I am still moving and don't have a proper workshop setup yet. I am missing all my bearings stock and I needed to use one I had in hand (so a 608zz). It could also gain from getting a rubber buffer at the top to avoid marking the wood.Assembly and usa
