My son loved the stacking numbers by @Petraollender, so I made some counting boards to go with them! My son loved stacking the number blocks on top of each other and asking, “How much is this?” — so I made these boards so he could start figuring it out himself. Now, instead of guessing or asking, he can slide and stack the numbers, count the markings, and see the result directly. I've made boards ranging from 10 all the way up to 40, but fair warning, the 40 is veeery long. The 30 comes in two different versions, and both the long 30 and the long 40 needs to be glued together. You're probably better off to just stick with the 10s and 20s, but my kids insisted I keep making them bigger and longer, and I had a hard time resisting :D I used an AMS to get the two different colours, but since the numbers stick out, you can probably add a stop to the print and change colour manually, or even use a sharpie and colour them yourself.
