COVID19 Face Visor

Mk1 - Based on this design by Prusa - https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2 This design received verifications from the Ministry of Health in Czechia.

Mk 2 and 3 - Removing material and bringing sheet further round the side of the face

Mk 4 - Increasing coverage using A4 sheet

Mk 5 - Further reduced material and removing raised strap attachment, to allow stacked prints.

Mk 6 - Halved the overall height and removed slots.

Mk 7.2 - Alternative fixing mechanism, shield is held in by friction, reducing overall manufacturing time, and issues with incorrectly punched holes in screen.

Mk 14 - All bands and and slot thicknesses increased to reduce print fails. Three slots to function as a double-back style buckle for adjustable length elastic.
