I bought a nice cowboy hat and needed a place to store it where it would not get crushed. I did not like any of the designs here so I made my own.
I have included a version to use with adhesive strips as well as one with screw holes to mount from.
UPDATE: Version 2 has a larger radius to better match the curve of the inside of a cowboy hat. I have also uploaded pictures of the print in use at my house.
My settings.
Printer: Ender 3 Pro
Filament: Hatchbox PLA
Infill" 25%
Hot End temp: 200 C
Build Plate Temp: 60 C
