This support keeps the CNC chuck in place and prevents the motor axel from twisting when applying perpendicular forces. It requires a ball bearing and since I didnt find a perfect fit I also printed an inner ring, which ideally should have been metallic. Nevertheless PLA does the trick and allowed me to CNC several PCBs that otherwise didn't work.
Further perpendicular forces will eventually be absorbed by the bed leveling springs... So still won't mill harder materials such as aluminium.
It mounts on 2 existsing holes in the CNC case and requires 2 extra holes to be drilled. I used M5 screws with self locking nuts.
