CP33 Telescoping Tailhook adapter

This adapter requires 2 - 5/16" aluminum rods. The tubes of the body portion of the adapter might need to be drilled out a bit to fit the rods. The spring mechanism is a binder clip with a cut-off Allen wrench through it. I used two small wood screws to attach it to the printed body. As shown in the jpg above, the Allen wrench shaft locks into small groves that you cut into the aluminum rods. I recommend a Dremel with a cutting wheel to do this.
