CPAP Headboard Clamp

CPAP headboard clamp for a 50mm thick headboard and 15mm CPAP tube with 18mm outer diameter.

Materials:
1x 608 bearing for rotation
1x M5 screw to tension against headboard.

To assemble:

1. Use the M5 screw to clean up the printed internal threads. (Depending on printer tolerances you might want to file the hole slightly to make this easier.)
2. Press-fit the pin into the hoseclip.
3. Press-fit the 608 bearing into the headboard clamp component.
4. Press-fit the protruding portion of the pin into the center of the 608 bearing.
5. Place in desired location on headboard and tighten M5 screw to tension the clamp against the headboard.
