CR-10 Bed Corners

This is a set of corners and side covers for the CR-10 printers. They are designed to use with mirrors instead of the stock glass. I don't use the IKEA mirrors, they are only 11.75". I use mirrors from Lowes.com - #0197427, they are 12" so it covers the 300 mm print area.

The corners are designed to use with an insulated bed but will work for non-insulated as well. I also included a set of side covers since the edges of the mirrors are sharp. The complete set will give you a nice frame around the bed.

I printed them in ABS at .15 layer height. Infill really doesn't matter, I used high top and bottom layers to make them solid so there really isn't any infill. The spring pockets have built in supports. You might need them for the corner ledges depending on your printer.

The side covers are installed with the straight leg on top. Start it at one end and snap it on as you go.
