Required Parts:
-Arduino
-Supersonic Sensor
-sg90 servo with horn (or just print one)
-Raspberry pi camera with octopi setup
I've been trying to think of a way to add camera movements to my 3D printer, so I figured creating a mount that would adjust the camera's angle based on the height of the extruder would he a good start. The device definitely doesn't work flawlessly yet, as it is a work in progress. I'm excited to keep working on it, as I do have plans to add another servo to allow the camera to pan. Of course the ultimate goal is to set up a system to allow me to control the camera from outside my house. But I just figured I'd post what I have so far, in case anyone was interested in it.
The camera uses a supersonic sensor to determine how high it is. Using this height, it will adjust it's angle to keep it focused on the center of the build plate The code could definitely use some work, and I'm in the process of learning more about how I can accomplish these tas
