The CR-10 is a fantastic printer but the control box is terrible, mostly because the three fans inside actively work against each other to make sure the box is always hot and noisy. I got tired of that so decided to make some changes. The goal was to remove the two fans in the box and flip the one in the power supply so its blowing air inside. Then knock out the back top and front, print a duct for the front and put a fan on the back. Ideally the one larger fan in the back will pull air through the power supply and from the front air duct out the back top. In application the upgrade does exactly as intended and makes the PSU fan act as a backup, only coming on when the power supply gets hot. I've printed about 20 or so hours since upgrading and the supply fan has not come on because the larger fan is doing its job correctly. So basically the only thing files for this "upgrade" is the front air duct and a piece that fits where that little fan sits on the back of the control box.
