CR-10 z limit switch adjustable bracket

Adjustable bracket for CR-10 z axis limit switch. Allow use of thicker glass beds while maintaining range of bed adjuster screws. Also helpful if you have a laser attached and have a wood plate on the bed, since the nozzle might otherwise hit the wood. This adapter also provides a little extra room compared to the original for the z limit switch wires.
