CR-10S Pro cable Chain.

22nd May 2020, added a wider version for the V2.

instruction photos are in the zip file.
Fully assemble chain using die and boss as per photo.
Start with Base hinge, attach the outer plates with the side that was printed on the bed facing out.
This helps with assembly as the holes will be slightly smaller from the filament being squished on the first layer.
The 2 short outer plates attach to the top hinge.
Articulate chain to check for free movement.
Unplug ribbon cable from extruder and feed chain onto the ribbon.
See photo for weave direction.
Remove electronics cover from extruder (3 bolts) and slide on top hinge, it is supposed to be loose fit.
Replace cover and replace ribbon cable plug.
Use double sided tape to secure bottom pivot. I have found some tapes work better than others.
Attach outer clips, locate one side first then stretch over opposite pin.
Ribbon cable may need to be “Trained” to sit correctly.
