CR-10S Z-axis problems

I just got a Creality CR-10S 3d printer, and it worked well out of the box, until a few prints in, I noticed some issues with how the Z-axis was working. The left Z motor would randomly get jammed, and would just sit there and vibrate, while the right Z motor would keep moving. This caused the whole x-axis to become unlevel. I took the whole Z-axis apart, and inspected every part. Everything looked fine until I noticed that both the spring couplings that go between the motors and the lead screws where 2 different sizes. one was shorter and wider than the other, and one fit more snuggly over the motor shaft than the other. I'm pretty sure that's the problem with why one motor would get jammed. I don't own the 3d file, just needed to put it on here to allow Thingiverse to let me publish this blog because they required a 3d file of some type, and I have no 3d files of my own because I'm new to 3d printing and autocad.
