This is a mount for a switch that takes the spot of the stock USB port for a Creality CR-5 Pro / Pro H. In my case, I switched the printer over to Klipper, which caused the light functionality to go away, so I wired in an on / off switch to control the light manually.
The light switch I used for this is available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086QTH8RW?th=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=foulnews04-20&linkId=99acc455ebc1ac567570de95ab8be3ea&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl and just threads right into this mount without the need for the retaining nut and washer.
It can be printed out of whatever material you'd like to use and I prefer to print it with the top side on the build plate and supports are not needed.
