CR Touch Holder

I redesigned the holder for the CR Touch. Two m3x8 screws and two m3 nuts are required to mount the CR Touch. The thicker one work for me. It depends on the position of the holder and the hotend. I have stock hotend. You also need two m3x8 screws and two m3 nuts for a thicker holder.
