CR-Touch Protector Ender 5

Using the factory mount for the CR-Touch on the Ender 5, if the tool head ran to the far left, it could break the CR-Touch, which I had happen to my last one. Remixed the design from Jeffrey Kortekaas. On top of extending the protector to ensure the CR-Touch doesn't hit the side, I also made it for an M5 Bolt and T-Nut, which I had lying around.
