CR10 Filament Sensor Case

I modified my CR10 S5 to run a Creality Sprite Extruder/Hotend, so I needed to mount the Filament on top of the 2020 extrusion. I copied the idea of the S1 Pro with the rotating sensor by utilising a 608 bearing mount that I found on Printables, and modified Tiberiuskirk's sensor mount. Bearing fits snugly, I added a screw hole to the shaft of the sensor to make sure it does not work loose.
