CR10 leveling wheel

This is a simple version of a leveling wheel for the CR10S. I designed this as simple as possible to reduce printing time. The increased outer diameter makes leveling much easier, especially if you have to tune the printer as it laying the first layer.Simply unscrew the original knob and place it in the bore of your print and screw it back to the bed.There is also a version which uses an M4 screw instead of the original knobs. Tip: Initially print only 1 and test for fitment. I used ABS with and it required to scale the part to 103% since the ABS shrinks much more than other materials as it cools down. If you print PLA or PETG this most likely wont be the case.To test the fitment I have attached separately the center section so that you don't have to print the entire wheel to check the fitment. As soon as you are happy with the fitment use the same scale print the leveling wheels.I hope you like it. Enjoy 3D printingProject6g
