CR10 Max+BL - Nova Mount

Created a mount plate for CR10 Max, made accommodations for BL Touch and utilized Tevo 5020 blower mount bracket (part cooling). I needed to make this due to Tevo CR10s mount not allowing the Nova hotend to reach the bed without crashing the gantry into the dual Z steppers. Users will need to use (2) 2.5mm SHCS for mounting Nova hotend, (2) M3 x 12mm bolts and nuts for mounting blower bracket, (2) M3 x 12mm bolts and nuts for mounting BL Touch.

I also added a cable anchor that will utilize the top two M3 tapped holes that was used for the Creality hotend cover / fan assembly. You will need (2) M3 x 12mm bolts for assembly, and a single zip tie for securing the cables.

The design intent was to place the Nova nozzle at the same location as the stock Creality nozzle.
BL Touch offsets:
X: -41.65mm
Y: -4.75mm
Z: 2mm
