This is a simulator for a CR123A battery. Its purpose is to be able hook up wires from a power supply or external larger battery and power something that uses a CR123A or even 2 CR123A batteries stacked on top of each-other.

They use one #6 pan head and nut as well as one #10 flat head and nut each.
