Creality Ender 3 Build Plate Problem

Got the popular Ender 3 in Nov 2020. The assembling process is straight forward and the print quality is good, however the build plate is bad and can't get a good support from the AliExpress store ~ the "CREALITY 3D Official Store". Hence, I spent few minutes and made this free marketing promotion for them ...
The picture was taken from a brand new, straight out of the box and without even using it. After contacting the support, was sent a wrong part(a raw fiber glass plate). After more than 3 weeks wait, got a link to the build plate sticker in their store, asking me to buy it myself. Comparing to the previous Tevo printers(both have minor issues), I think Tevo's support is definitely better and the printers produce less noise.
