Creality Ender 3 V2 BLTouch Mount

Creality started shipping Ender 3 V2 printers with mounting holes for their custom BLTouch sensor, but that isn't available yet.
For older versions of the sensor, there is a very good tool-less mount available [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4462870), but I wanted one that took up less space and required less time and filament to print, by taking advantage of the two screw holes now available and parts provided in the BLTouch box.
The BLTouch used here is a Creality branded one, for the V1 main-board, and the main-board itself is a V4.2.2 one. Be mindful of any differences between these and your own setup.
