Creality Ender 3D Max Screen relocation enclosure

I couldn't find a screen relocation model that worked for my Ender 3D Max so that I could relocate the screen to the left hand side of the printer, so I created one. This screws to the end cap of the left hand base, and also clips into the top groove to make it more stable.

(The pics show the model before I added the clip for the top groove. Despite the 5mm thick front wall, it wasn't as robust as I wanted, so I added the clip, and now its very strong)

You could probably hide a Pi inside the box too, but I wasn't really interested in doing that.
