I found a print here which got my attention. It was for a different diode laser engraver, but it aligned your X and Y axis and put the corner of your part right at the laser.
This is my version of that part for the Creality Falcon 2.
On my unit the offset from the left side of the laser module to the laser was 31mm and the offset from the front side to the laser was 39mm. So if you do a FRAME and then push this up against the head at the end and then move the head away and put your part into the notch it aligns quite nicely.
