This is to prevent the filament from going over the spool and getting tangled between the holder and the frame. as per picture.
Not a remix, more of an accessory for the Filament spool ball bearing holder.

the ball bearing holder works well, probably a bit too well. sometimes, the spool would unroll a bit too much, and the filament can go over the spool and get tangled between the holder and the frame of the printer.
i did not want to take the risk of this happening during a long print, when there is no one actively monitoring the print.
FreeCad file also included for anyone who wants to remix.
i am using the one with the 55mm notch on my Creality CR-10S Pro, with PanTech branded filaments.
Slide it up, and the filament spool can be remove,
put a new spool in, slide it down until the notch is between the spool walls, but not too much,
