Creality Spool adaptor

Spool adaptor to fit the Creality spool arm to prevent the spool from tumbling and cause under-extrusion.

I made this because when I adjusted my extruder steps per mm, I tested the impact of the counter drag from the spool which turned out to cause massive under extrusion.

The impact was about 1-2mm of under extrusion, especially when the extruder pulls the filament enough to initiate a spool revolution but then retracts and refeed again, the spool would bounce, causing quite a pull and lead to incomplete refeed.

Beware that I havent "tested" this all that much yet as I just made one print and put it to use, but so far it seems to work quite well.

The tube part has a length of 80mm and an inner diameter of 31.3mm.
The conical end pieces are 45-55mm.
