Creality Sprite Pro BLTouch adapter

This adapter adds an additional 12.8mm to the x offset of the Sprite CR-Touch mount point (which makes my offsets roughly -44mm on the X and -41 on the Y), but allows a BL Touch/3d Touch to be mounted without the the retracted probe pin being at the same height as the nozzle (this adapter moves the BL Touch/3d Touch probe upwards by around 2mm). Obviously you should tune the z offset as usual.

If you need even more clearance (approximately 1mm more), you can flip the model over.
