I made this for my K1 Max, should fit other Creality models which employ the same twist locking mount design.
Prints as 3 pieces (Tray, Roller and EndCap). EndCap prints flat (no supports), Tray and Roller print horizontally with tree supports. Add a pair of standard 608 bearings for assembly. Insert a bearing into each end of the Roller, slip Roller into Tray and secure with EndCap into slot at end of Tray.
The included STL files are sized for 95mm maximum spool width, sufficient to accommodate the widest in my collection and probably good for most 1kg spools. You can generate other sizes by using the customizer.
I printed mine in PLA, 0.3 layers, 0.6 nozzle, 10% infill, 4 perimeters (increase for heavier spools) on my K1 Max with OrcaSlicer.
Note: This OpenSCAD generates a multi-object .STL file. OrcaSlicer can separate the objects for you. There may be a number of 'empty' objects along with the main three. Just identify the 3 'real' objects (usually first, and last two)
