The filament guide tubes on the FlashForge Creator Max printer are mounted in a notoriously bad location. It doesn't take long before the guide tubes pull the filament off the reel and it winds around the reel holder until it stops the filament from moving through guide tubes, stopping the print.
This model snaps into the clasps that are meant for the guide tube, and the guide tube then slides into the new receptacle that positions the filament near center of the reel instead of off to the side. This prevents the filament pulling off the reel in the first place. It also makes it much easier to load filament since the guide tube is more accessible.
