My CRF 250X had the flap rip last time I pulled out the airbox. This part is not sold individually that I know of. So I Scanned it with a flatbed scanner and Printed it with TPU.
BE AWARE that TPU does not support much contact with Gasoline. In my case, there has not been any gas under the seat area leading to the airbox.
