DO NOT USE THIS WITH AN INFANT!
My toddler (2+ years old) sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night needing a drink, this is designed for 14/-20 brass heatserts:

Use any soldering iron to install the heatserts into the flat plate, the 1/4-20 bolts go in the countersunk holes.
it clamps on a slat in the crib, and fits his insulated water bottle we got him from Costco, used this same thing for my oldest kid and worked well for both, he loves having his water close enough to him that he can get a drink if he needs it, and no risk of him knocking it over in his sleep.
