Crimson Firehawk 3.75 Conversion

I bought a Crimson Firehawk on clearance and decided to do a 3.75 inch figure conversion on it. The biggest issue I had with it was that the center turret was just too big and distracting. So this conversion includes a few things and must be disassembled to be achieved, you will also need to do some plastic gluing - I used JB Plastic Weld:
1) Cutting out the foot well of the cockpit
2) Cut the gunner section out of the interior - be careful with this - you need to retain the screw down locations.
3) Print and install parts.
So, to quickly talk about how this goes together...
* Printing all the parts (this includes a mirrored version of both the FinFront and the FinBack and 4 of each plug type [I can't remember where I used what size now], and 2 Toes)
* Test fit everything - know which plugs go where.
* Glue together 3 sub assemblies and let dry : 1) Using the appropriate Plug in the holes, glue the FinFront and FinBacks together. 2) Glue the plugs into the Retainer 3) Glue the
