I made this from scratch. There are 3 assemblies: 1 Nerf dart double barrel. 1 Nerf ball barrel. 1 Crossman 2240 adapter that snaps on to hold the pieces together. All the assemblies still have the parts so it is easy to resize the pieces and adjust for other purposes (like other barrel sizes). The nerf dart barrel is a double barrel because a single barrel blows the nerf darts apart.
This requires a 7/32" OD tube - about 2.5" to 3" long to connect between the 2240 and the nerf barrel ( I used a stainless steel one). The adapter snaps on pretty hard the first time around so it helps to practice snapping it on each side a few times before snapping it across both. www.mcmaster.com has copper, brass and aluminum options. I'm pretty new to 3d printing and this is my first upload so I'm sure there are tweaks and helpful changes that can be made.
