# What is it?
The CRT2LCD is an insert designed for compact macs to perfectly adapt the curvature of the original CRT to a flat mount for an LCD. This design most likely works with other vintage 9" CRT computers.

## Open Source
The design files for this insert are open source, which means you can modify them and share them. However, the license prohibits commercial use (e.g., selling them) without permission.

## Did you know?
A 193mm x 152mm piece of 0.75mm plexiglass / acrylic can be sandwiched between the insert to create a reasonably convincing "CRT" lens. ([Amazon 0.75mm Acrylic](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08YWXZBKD/))
