CS:GO map dust 2

Changes I made:

• Added THE BALL, THE FREAKING BALL!!!!!!
• Van at mid near cs spawn
• X marks on sites
• Multiple barrels were out of place/missing, so i corrected them
• Changed the slope from ct base to B
• Minor changes on the car models (ex: taxi in T spawn is now a taxi lol)
• Corrected angle of the slope on pit
• Corrected upper tunnels boxes
• Corrected hole in B and the bricks under it
• Added the bricks on the ground on the slope from ct to B site
