CSL Elite shifter button replacement

This is for a Fanatec CSL Elite steering wheel that suffered from a cracked metal dome switch which caused some very sketchy shifts. Allows you to reuse almost all of the existing parts and you only need the printed part and a microswitch with some wires. You barely notice the difference between the original and the replacement.
