This design was created purely out of creative impulse. The videogame Inscryption (Daniel Mullins Games) has really cool and obscure designs, and since skulls are my favorite thing, here's one of my favorite cards, "Corpse Maggots," made into a MOTU head. This is like a horse/equine eroded skull with remains of hair and tissue. There are versions with and without maggots.

Origins (also compatible with Masterverse) and Classics.
