This is a Cardo Packtalk edge mounting plate, similar in design to the refresh kit plate you can buy from the factory. Adhere to the helmet with Gorilla tape or 3M VHB. I recommend using a hair dryer to heat it before fitment.
I also strongly recommend ensuring fitment to your packtalk prior to adhering to your helmet. I've printed multiple copies, and fitment has been the same
