Ender5 Spoolholder base and tube holder for direct drive conversion

Mounting block for putting the Ender5 spool holder on top instead of on the side. I made this and the included reverse bowden holder when installing a direct drive kit on my older Ender5 machine so that the spool would be easier to get at and I could see it turning at a glance to make sure the extruder wasn't jammed.

4x roll-in 2020 nuts, M6 size
3x M6x20 SCHS bolts for the spool holder base
2x M5x20 bolts and nuts to attach the spool holder to the base
1x M6x15 SCHS for the tube holder
