Hepatic clicking fidget wheel / toy

This is another one of those parts from a project where I started using as a fidget toy. This was part of my cup holder design to allow attachment to rotate at given increments. But was very additive as its own toy.

The halves rotate at 15 degree increments clicking at each turn.
Should be printed facing sideways. A 3mf file is provided with the correct orientation.
