Peco N Scale Track has no holes in the sleepers for nails plus, I want my ballast to hold in my track...
So, I do not want to nail down the track by putting holes into the rail ties. Also, it's very hard to not break the tie in half when nailing them.

This makes it easier and also will cause fewer repairs. It will make your track stay in shape during the adhesion process.
