This is a billet-engineered Y-Axis coolant sprayer block designed as a retrofit solution for older vertical machining centers that were not factory equipped with a Y-axis washdown nozzle.

The geometry is designed around billet manufacturing. However, the model has been engineered so it can be successfully 3D printed and remain functional when paired with TPU printed gaskets.
