Flexible Curbs for 1:28 RC Racing Track

We needed robust Curbs for the 90 degree and 180 degree turns on our 1:28 Indoor Track (Mini-Z, GL-Racing ...), so i came up with this design.
The Track boundaries are made of 44x24mm wood pieces (standard dimension at Hornbach, Obi : https://www.hornbach.at/p/kantholz-fichte-gehobelt-3000-x-44-x-24-mm/4005043/ ) and the curbs slide right over the wood pieces.
