This is a high-detail 3D printable model of the Bell X-19, an experimental American tilt-wing VTOL aircraft developed in the 1960s.
Designed to combine vertical takeoff capability with conventional forward flight, the X-19 featured a full tilting wing system with four large propellers mounted at the wingtips. During takeoff and landing, the wings rotated upward for vertical lift; in cruise flight, they tilted forward for airplane-style operation.
