Full-size imitation of the 47mm AP shell fired by the Model 1931 anti-tank cannon used by the Belgian army in the 1930's and during the defence of Belgium in 1940 against Germany. Following this, many of the cannons were taken into German service under the designation 4.7 cm Pak 185(b). Variants of this cannon were also used in the Belgian T-13 light tank destroyer.
