CTC E3d Chimera/Cyclops hotend mount - bowden

This is my way to mount e3d Chimera hotend to original CTC (Replicator 1 clone) XY carriage. This design allows you to easy assemble/disassemble hotend in case of any issues or maintenance. From hardware, you will need some M3 screws to connect printed parts and 2-3 washers to adjust the distance to X endstop. I am using older version of the desig and it works well for the last month. In near future I am planning to add special fan duct to this (the first sketch is included in rsdoc file). In my setup I used china clone of e3d Chimera hotend. And becaude of this I had to drill thru bowder tube holder to put bowden tube inside chimera block without this it was almost unprintable. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 1 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 100 Notes: I printed it with PLA with 0,2 mm layer height and works well. Support needed only for RightLeg.
