CTC Replicator rebuild

Eight year old CTC replicator failing heat at hot extruders. Swapped out heater block, heaters, fitted new thermal couplings still same issue. Swapped out power supply.
Found three capacitors on the. 24 volt output were bulging. Also the fans were surging.
Now with refit temperatures are spot on stable. And heating up at heads faster.
Not timing out on heating up. I guess has it was beginning to die I just got use to its ways.
Swapped the extruder gear the first year I had the printer found the original not up to task.
I guess sometimes it’s better to stick to what you know.
Had been running the printer around the clock printing Catan.
