Due to the lack of miniatures for Call of Cthulhu (as far as I could find) I decided to see if I could design some of the npc's for my campaign myself.
In my campaign this miniature is designed for one of the player characters but it would also do fine as an NPC.
As I was to lazy to design the rifle and shoe's I took those from my "stuff" folder. These objects are from before I started designing myself so I don't know where I got them. If you recognise them as yours let me know and I'll put a tribute in the description.
