Vertices : 162333 Polygons : 326138 I designed this model for https://grabcad.com/challenges/the-cubesat-challenge I make this construction, because I want to make standarization of CubeSat model with some "flat components" (main profile in X, Y Plan). So this is more simple components and easy to carry, assembly and tighten. Description and advantages use this construction : 1. Easy to carry (protable because many components are based on XY Plane) 2. Easy to Assembly 3. Lightweight because use Nylon material (or some recommended material that capable with this. I attach 2 pictures about mass of this construction, one use Nylon and another use Aluminium material). 4. Use "FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING" as additive manufacturing technique. 5. Strong and stable. 6. Use snapfit system to attach one components to other (Main Frame). 7. Just have 5 differents components - "Main Structure" with Snap Fit Profile (Qty 4) - "Side Structure" (Qty 8) - "Top Cover & Bottom Cover" have same model. (Qty 2) - M3 Bolt to assembly the "Top and Bottom Cover" (Qty 16) I use snapfit to join the Main Structure and Side Structure for make assembly more easy. But I still use the M3 Bolt for Bottom and Top Cover because in that point we need strong fastening. You can check my others "Cube" model for the Cube Sat Challenge at the link bellow - https://grabcad.com/library/cube-brick-1 - https://grabcad.com/library/cube-cube-2 You can download this model for "Free", but you should to hit "♥" button as the payment :).
